This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are of legal age in their state of residence, excluding employees or agents of Liberty Roofing Center and its affiliates (“Liberty”). Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not convertible to cash. Liberty reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Liberty Roofing Center to be received no later than December 15, 2024. Any questions regarding this contest should be directed to Liberty.
To enter, attendees must fill out a ballot provided at the venue between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST on November 19, 2024. One entry per attendee is permitted, and no purchase is required. Draws will be conducted at 2:00 PM EST in the following order: the first draw for a STINGER CH38A Autofeed Cap Stapler valued at $140; the second draw for a Weber Grill valued at $100; the third draw for a cooler valued at $60 (brand TBD); and the fourth draw for a bottle of bourbon valued at $60 (winners of the bourbon prize must be 21+ to claim). Winners will be notified by phone or email by the end of the next business day (November 20, 2024) if they are not present at the drawing.
Liberty and IKO is offering a discount of $100 off and a free box of Coil Roofing Nails (1-1/4 inch, 7200 count, SKU 114C7200, valued at $50) on the first purchase and $200 off the second purchase of IKO shingles for first-time customers with COD or credit accounts. These discounts and promotional offers will be tracked internally by Liberty and applied directly to customer invoices.
Liberty is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. In the event a winner is disqualified or becomes ineligible, Liberty reserves the right to select a new winner from all eligible entries. By participating, entrants agree to release Liberty and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Released Parties (Liberty and affiliates) are not responsible for any technical, mechanical, or printing errors, lost or interrupted network connections, miscommunications, or other issues that may impact the contest administration. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may result in disqualification. Liberty reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest without notice due to any compromise of fairness, security, or proper contest administration.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Liberty to administer the contest and fulfill any prize requirements and, if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide entrants with information on upcoming promotions and/or events from Liberty. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Liberty in connection with this contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Ohio. In the event that the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside require that the laws of such jurisdiction apply to these Official Rules, the foregoing governing law shall not apply to you.
